I come from a middle class family based in New Delhi with traditional Indian values but progressive outlook. I got my early education in India and later pursued a Master's degree in the US in 2015. I’m currently working as a Software Engineer at Google in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.
We are a nuclear family of five - my parents, my aunt and my younger brother. Both my father and mother are now retired and live in India while my brother also works in the Bay Area and stays with me.
I'm a bit of an introvert on the outside but open up pretty soon after to get to know people more closely. I prefer socializing in-person rather than over social media. I find peace and solitude on weekend hikes and strolls down the beaches and nearby trails when possible.
I’ve played and followed cricket most my life, but I find my following tennis and occasionally soccer when time permits. When indoors, I like to watch tv shows & movies, read a broad range of journals and articles on science & technology, business and investing. I dearly follow astronomy as a hobby.
