I belong to an upper middle class, nuclear family with liberal values. I am a Konkani (Saraswat Brahmin) on my paternal side and a Sindhi (Shikarpuri) on my maternal side. We migrated from Mumbai to Auckland, New Zealand when I was 4 years old and we later moved to Melbourne, Australia when I was 10 years old. I am a dual citizen and hold New Zealand and Australian Citizenship.
Academically, I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology and Criminology and am currently pursuing a MBA (part-time). Over the years, I have attained various certifications in Finance and Insurance with the most recent being a Certificate of Specialization in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School. I currently work as a Senior Business Analyst and Data Governance Lead for the leading insurance group across Australia and New Zealand.
On a personal front, I enjoy travelling, adventure sports, writing and working towards building my own company! Family and friends would describe me as a driven yet simple, straightforward and righteous person. My focus on family and an appreciation for life's simple joys are integral aspects of my character. I am guided by a belief in karma and as a result of this I navigate life with purpose and integrity.
